CariVu is a wonderful addition to our cavity finding tools and equipment. Although we still use x rays as well to help protect your smile, CariVu will show us fractures and decay that sometimes cannot be seen in your mouth or on the x ray.
Here are some of the advantages of this new technology for our patients.

-- Allows the clinician to see through the tooth, exposing its structure and the actual structure of any carious lesions.
